New Business Development Lead

Staff Unlimited Recruitment Pty Ltd T/A MPC Recruitment Group EC is seeking a skilled and ambitious Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
About the Job:This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. The successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and qualification.
- Closing Deals: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals and meet sales targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Matric or Senior Certification equivalent.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Skill Set: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
