Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with various tasks related to the litigation process, including document preparation, case file management, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, court hearings, and appointments on behalf of attorneys, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including legal documents, case files, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to senior secretaries and attorneys, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task completion.
- Liaise with clients, court officials, and other third parties professionally and respectfully, reflecting positively on our firm's reputation.
- Conduct research under the guidance of attorneys, applying critical thinking and analytical skills to ensure accurate results.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with further education in a legal or administrative field being advantageous.
- Knowledge of the litigation process and basic legal principles, preferably with experience in High Court Litigation.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in using office software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, take direction from senior staff members, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
