About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Administrator Coordinator to join our team at Helderberg Personnel cc.

Job Description:
  • Coordinate and manage all assigned customer orders, loads, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Liaise with clients to resolve any concerns or queries related to transactions and loads.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable and payable, as well as daily invoicing and reporting.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Account/ Administration and/or equivalent professional work experience in a related field is required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Excel skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
  • Prior experience with accounts receivable or collections is also desirable.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
