Are you a skilled administrative professional looking for a challenging role in financial services? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Administrator.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company in the waste management/recycling industry, where no two days are the same. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various sectors within the office, including general administration, financial management, and client liaison.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the GM and Operations managers, assisting with staff get-togethers, diary management, and filing systems. Your strong communication skills and leadership abilities will enable you to manage clients confidently and provide excellent customer service.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Grade 12 qualification or relevant experience, who is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Your knowledge of Xero accounting and ability to manage clients in a fast-growing company will be highly advantageous. Leadership skills and bilingualism (English & Afrikaans) are also essential requirements.

A background in finance, preferably in the waste management/recycling industry, will be considered an asset. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • General administration duties for all sectors within the office
  • Financial management involving debtors, creditors, invoicing & reconciliations
  • Assist with staff get together and functions when required
  • Liaising closely with the GM and Operations managers
  • Assisting with requirements and diary management for Managers
  • Managing the filing systems
  • Drafting of correspondence and documentation requirements
  • Liaising telephonically with clients, answering enquiries and solving queries
  • Sales and Client liaison to ensure a seamless process for clients
  • Follow up with clients from start to end of their process requirements ensuring the best customer service

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of R600,000 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience.
