Senior Administrative Coordinator

Helderberg Personnel cc seeks a highly skilled and organized Financial Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure seamless communication and follow up on vendor special price requests.
- Assist with updating company records, pricing quotes, and vendor files in a timely manner.
- Monitor vendor portals for changes in price files and maintain accurate records.
- Provide support with vendor POS reports and rebate tracking.
- Perform general ad-hoc duties assigned by the management team.
- Matric level of education with proficiency in MS Excel and Pivot Tables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accurate and detail-oriented with a minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment.
- Competitive salary range: R250,000 - R300,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards).
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
