**Responsibilities**:

- Compiling tender documents from scratch
- Determining what information is necessary to complete a tender and getting this information from the relevant individuals in the correct format, timeously
- Coordinate and arrange meeting attendance
- Coordinate collecting and delivering of tender documents/tenders
- Regular follow-up on outstanding information
- Ensure that the firm is correctly registered on all relevant databases
- Regularly following up on outstanding results
- Monthly updating of Reports

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Post Matric administration related qualification essential

**Competencies required**:

- Excellent attention to detail.
- A High level of computer literacy on MS Word, Adobe Professional, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
- Intermediate computer literacy on MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Very thorough.
- Exceptional administrative skills.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to organize and analyse data.
- Team-worker.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work after-hours to meet deadlines.
- The Tender Administrator will be accountable for the administration of tenders and will be measured on KPI's such as accuracy, compliance, timeous delivery, completeness.

Own transport and valid driver’s license required
