Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Time Personnel. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions.
Estimated Salary: R 250,000 - R 350,000 per annum
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial systems, including debtors, creditors, invoicing, and reconciliations. You will also assist with staff events and functions, liaise closely with our General Manager and Operations Managers, and assist with requirements and diary management for Managers.
Your expertise in financial management will include experience with Xero accounting systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. You will have a strong financial background and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage clients confidently in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage general administration duties for all sectors within the office
- Assist with staff get-togethers and functions when required
- Liaise closely with the GM and Operations managers
- Assist with requirements and diary management for Managers
- Managing filing systems
- Drafting correspondence and documentation requirements
- Liaising telephonically with clients, answering enquiries and solving queries
- Sales and client liaison to ensure a seamless process for clients
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Relevant qualification highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong financial background with knowledge of Xero accounting systems
- Leadership skills
- Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
