  • Proven working experience as an HR Administrator
  • Experience with HR Software like HRIS / HRMS
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of Labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Organize and maintain personnel Records
  • Update internal database
  • Liaise with external partners like agencies and vendors
  • Assist the payroll department
  • Screen CVS's and short list interviewing process
