- HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
- Payroll Processing: Take ownership of payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process, from advertising positions to conducting interviews and making offers.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Policy Implementation: Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and fair working environment.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, organise training sessions, and support employee development initiatives.
- HR Compliance: Stay abreast of labour laws and industry regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
**Competitive Salary**: R20,000 - R25,000, commensurate with experience.

- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Officer with expertise in payroll processing.
