Strategic Sales Growth Manager

This pivotal role involves driving sales revenue growth by targeting new and existing business customer accounts.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Executive: Business Development, and be responsible for:
- Developing and executing effective selling strategies;
- Meeting monthly and annual new business sales targets;
- Fostering retention and growth opportunities within identified existing customers;
- Marketing our company's range of products;
- Creating tailored solutions to meet client requirements;
- Managing new business-related calls, queries, and administrative duties.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years' sales experience with at least some exposure to New Business Development within a B2B environment;
- Proven sales growth achievements within existing customers and new business;
- Previous experience in FMCG, catering, or hospitality is advantageous;
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal);
- A solid understanding of CRM and reporting in business;
- Excellent professional interpersonal and communication skills;
- A results-driven work approach, ability to plan, set goals, and meet deadlines;
- High accuracy and quality standards in work and customer interactions.
In terms of compensation, our estimate for this position falls within the range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, considering the industry standards and location factors.
This role requires a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle, reflecting the importance of travel and customer meetings.
