Job Description:
The Hiring House is seeking an exceptional Strategic Growth and Development Manager to spearhead business growth and development initiatives.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join our team. As a Strategic Growth and Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase.

Main Responsibilities:
- Promote our products and services by understanding and addressing clients' objectives
- Prepare sales contracts while ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth, and ensure they are met
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and travel itineraries
- Provide high-quality feedback and after-sales support to clients
- Develop a growth strategy that balances financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs
- Establish relationships with potential clients and arrange meetings both domestically and internationally
- Identify opportunities for improving sales and exploring new markets
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Attend industry-related events and conferences to stay updated on market trends

Requirements:
- No prior work experience is required

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution
- An average grade of 85% in matriculation (non-negotiable)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
