Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Manager
Overview
Circana is seeking a motivated and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a Retail Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate go-to-market strategies and develop unique value propositions for suppliers and retailers.
- Develop and implement relationship management plans to identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to enhance the visibility and reputation of Circana, its products, and services.
- Configure complex product and services solutions to meet customer needs and negotiate agreements within pre-defined commercial parameters.
- Manage pipelines and progress new opportunities from discovery to close.
Requirements
- Tertiary education
- Proven track record in consultative sales with a focus on acquiring new business and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in selling technology that leverages point-of-sale, loyalty, transaction, supply chain, and media data within the retail industry
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
