Strategic Growth Manager

About the Role:This permanent position comes with a competitive salary of R150 000 - R200 000 per annum, including benefits such as R1 500 airtime allowance and R5 000 fuel card for business purposes only.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, and ensuring premium service delivery to our existing clients. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
The salary for this role is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Manage and analyze sales pipelines to accelerate the sales cycle and ensure win-win outcomes for both parties.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
- Matric essential.
- Computer literacy.
- Advance experience in Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.
- BCom degree will be an advantage.
- Three or more years' experience in external sales/business development.
- Proven experience and skills in external sales and business development.
- Top negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Assertive and confident.
- Target driven to achieve the sale.
