Key responsibilities include developing strategies to reduce escalation frequency and enhance overall client experience, working with other departments to identify root causes of complaints, maintaining accurate records, and presenting regular reports on escalation trends and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing strategies to reduce the frequency of escalations and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  2. Collaborating with other departments to identify and address the root causes of complaints.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of all escalations and resolutions.
  4. Presenting regular reports on escalation trends and outcomes to senior management.

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
