The Lead Generation Group is looking for a highly skilled Escalations Specialist Lead to manage and resolve complex client complaints.
Job Summary:This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to improve client satisfaction, collaborating with other departments, maintaining accurate records, and presenting regular reports.
Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing strategies to reduce the frequency of escalations and enhance overall client experience.
- Working closely with other departments to identify root causes of complaints and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of all escalations and resolutions.
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on escalation trends and outcomes to senior management.
