Claims Resolution Expert

The Claims Resolution Expert will be responsible for resolving insurance claims and ensuring compliance with agreed quality standards and timescales. This role involves proactively contacting customers by telephone and in writing to resolve issues and de-escalate conflicts.
Responsibilities:
* Assess individual customer and agent situations to provide quotes, policy inquiries, and changes
* Review and resolve policy cancellations, reinstatements, and service-related complaints
* Act as expert for multiple online billing systems and agency portal websites to provide proactive agency and customer support
* De-escalate customer and agent concerns to resolve conflicts and build trust
* Identify new business opportunities driven by customer or agent requests
