Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

  • Manage sales teams and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they achieve their sales targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop sales teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
