We're seeking a Sales Manager to oversee a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will develop strategies to achieve revenue and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales plans to reach targets.
  • Lead a team of sales executives to grow and achieve individual targets.
  • Develop strategies to achieve revenue and sales objectives.
  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing support to the sales team.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship to sales executives, helping them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Manage product/service pricing and margins.
  • Manage the company CRM system and sales reporting from CRM.
  • Assist sales team members with tender response and compliance.
  • Validate, respond to, and manage incoming requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) professionally.
  • Work with and expand the current potential client database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads and exceed sales targets.
  • Adhere to quality standards and processes for customer acquisition, opportunities, and submission of tender and contract documents.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding sales activities.
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify further sales and business development opportunities.
  • Apply standard operating procedures in preparing bids, responding to customer needs, and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign-off.
