As a General Manager - Food Service at G780 Pty LTD, you will be responsible for the overall management of our fast food outlet. This includes leading a team, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Managing daily operations of the outlet, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Leading, training, and motivating a team of staff members to achieve performance targets
  • Monitoring inventory levels, managing food and supply orders, and minimizing waste
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing any customer complaints or concerns
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the outlet
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including sales forecasts and budgets
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the outlet and kitchen areas
  • Fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or business is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the fast food or restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in basic computer software and point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
