- Experience working with developers, consulting engineers, and contractors
- Strong understanding of Gauteng's commercial building, municipal, and industrial sectors
- Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets
- Valid drivers license with the willingness to travel as needed
- Proficient with CRM software and sales tools
