Drive Sales Success
We are seeking a talented Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the IT consulting industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, identifying and qualifying potential leads, and conducting engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our cutting-edge offerings.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years in a sales executive or account management role with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
