UK BDR Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Your primary focus will be to generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and collaborate with the sales team to close deals.
Key Responsibilities Include- Identify Potential Clients: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for converting leads into clients.
- Manage CRM: Utilize Salesforce to manage and track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Ensure the CRM is updated with accurate and detailed information.
- Create Engaging Content: Create and manage targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp to nurture leads and keep potential clients engaged.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their recruitment needs and positioning PRS Jobs as their preferred partner.
