Overview

At West Coast Personnel, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to build a career in international sales, supported by continuous training and incentives.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by generating leads, setting up client meetings, and collaborating with the sales team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation and Client Outreach: Proactively generate leads through cold calling and outreach efforts targeting US-based customers, set up meetings with potential clients to drive sales opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy and Coordination: Assist in developing pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations, coordinate sales initiatives with marketing campaigns to optimize lead conversion.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales performance reports, monitor progress toward achieving and exceeding daily sales targets.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase products or services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and the VP of Revenue to align on strategies and gain guidance, contribute to the collaborative team culture by sharing insights and supporting peers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with cold calling, particularly targeting US or UK markets.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Confidence, high energy, and a self-driven attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • A Matric Certificate and reliable transport.
