Requirements:
• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably with webchat experience
• Basic understanding of the UK market (desired)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different customer interactions and situations
