Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our remote team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Your primary focus will be to generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and collaborate with the sales team to close deals. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mailchimp and Salesforce, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business opportunities.
- Prospecting: Reach out to prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to introduce Their services and qualify leads.
- Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce to manage and track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Ensure the CRM is updated with accurate and detailed information.
- Email Campaigns: Create and manage targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp to nurture leads and keep potential clients engaged.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their recruitment needs and positioning PRS Jobs as their preferred partner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for converting leads into clients.
- Reporting: Analyze and report on lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for lead management and reporting.
- Must have experience with Mailchimp for creating and managing email campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic approaches to client engagement.
- Familiarity with the UK job market and recruitment industry is a plus.
