We are pleased to announce we have an opportunity for an **Account Payable** to join the Finance Department. This is a great opportunity to enter the world of Finance and learn all aspects of Accounts Payable.

You will be responsible for building good relationships with suppliers, ensuring payment runs are made in line with supplier’s terms and ensuring that queries are dealt with on time.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Manage our suppliers through the entire accounts payable process which includes**:

- Processing of purchase invoices/credits in a timely manner
- Processing employee expenses
- Preparing and processing supplier fortnightly payments runs in line with company procedures
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and resolving queries
- Building good relationships with suppliers

**Skills & Experience**:

- Supplier account reconciliation and query resolution skills
- Strong communication skills & confident telephone manner
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle Netsuite would be desirable
- Ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- A flexible, enthusiastic approach to teamwork and the ability to deal with a fast-paced environment

**Previous experience within an office environment would be advantageous**

Pay: R23 000,00 - R25 366,92 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
