About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth through added value Technical support, solution, and service. The successful candidate will manage 4 to 6 sales people (KPI and Target) as well as 2 Support Technicians (Sales Engineers).
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects.
- Recognising business opportunities and putting together bids to win new business.
- Negotiating and agreeing contracts that meet our company's standards.
- Strategically expanding, preserving or improving company procedures, standards, or policies to ensure success.
