At Emporium Human Capital, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for expanding our sales revenue through effective business development strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Estimated Salary: R 15,000 to R 22,000 per month plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase sales revenue in the electronic security products market
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and develop targeted sales campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Manage and maintain a strong dealer base to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in B2B electronics sales, preferably in the electronic security industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of security surveillance equipment and electronic security products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
