Senior Business Development Manager

**Emporium Human Capital is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our electronic solutions division.**
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4-6 sales professionals, focusing on delivering exceptional technical support and solution-based services.
- Leverage expertise in electronic B2B sales to develop and execute targeted business strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with multiple dealers and resellers to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification and a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Area or Team Manager.
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with electronic products and solutions.
- Background in either Security Distributors, Electrical Wholesales, or ICT Distributors.
