Job Description:

As an Internal Sales Representative at CK Africa Talent, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, ensuring a significant contribution to the company's revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products or services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, assisting with phone calls from different regions when branches are busy.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales, and assist walk-in customers with product queries and purchases.
  • Maintain accurate records, process sales orders, and handle administrative tasks, ensuring seamless sales administration.
  • Work with all sales teams, marketing, and other departments to achieve sales goals, sharing knowledge, best practices, and sales strategies with colleagues.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers, regularly following up on quotations sent out and documenting feedback.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate or equivalent.
  • A technical qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales-related experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
  • Bilingual.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical experience will be an advantage.
  • Trustworthy, diligent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with basic principles of mathematics and science.
  • Attention to detail.
  • High levels of work ethics.
