  • Collect and analyze customer information to prepare product or service reports
  • Support team goals by achieving related results as needed
  • Handle high volumes of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through open communication
  • Meet individual and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Resolve complaints by providing timely solutions and following up for confirmation
  • Contact customers to verify account information
  • Assist with opening new accounts
  • Facilitate order placement, refunds, or exchanges
  • Process daily orders, coordinating with departments on stock, lead times, and availability
  • Attempt to retain customers considering cancellation
  • Use computer technology to manage high call volumes efficiently
