Customer Service Representative

Fusion Personnel is seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
About the Role
This role involves handling high volumes of incoming calls, addressing product or service issues, and collecting and analyzing customer information to prepare product or service reports. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
