About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team in South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across our portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives and exceed revenue targets.
  2. IDentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  3. Create compelling sales presentations to engage potential clients and deliver results-oriented pitches.
  4. Buid and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Advisory Work

This role requires strong business acumen, confidence to interact with senior colleagues and client contacts, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty. You should also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently to deadlines.

  1. Serve as the lead Consultant on client projects, developing HR strategies that support client business goals while adhering to quality standards.
  2. Think strategically in partnering with clients to pioneer unique approaches to solving their business problems.
  3. Provide high-quality consulting advice, accurate technical content, and engaging deliverables to senior leaders in client companies.
