Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This role requires someone who can navigate between operational execution and strategic impact, designing and implementing HR solutions that enhance business performance and elevate the employee experience.

About the Role

This is not a traditional HRBP role – it requires someone who can seamlessly transition between day-to-day HR activities and leading the development of new processes, systems, and frameworks as we evolve our HR value chain.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Advisor to Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Framework Development: Play a significant role in evolving HR frameworks across the HR value chain (e.g., talent management, performance appraisal, and employee engagement strategies) that are adaptable to the specific needs of the business.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Drive initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness.
  • People Strategies: Leading and executing people strategies within the business unit that support business growth and capability building.
  • Talent Risk Management: Identifying and addressing talent risks and opportunities within the business unit.
  • Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning processes to ensure the organization has the right skills and resources in place to meet current and future business needs.
  • Change Management: Influence and guide leaders through complex people decisions and organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with the business strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HR processes, systems, and frameworks (e.g., employee onboarding, compensation structures, or diversity and inclusion programs) to enhance the employee experience and business impact.
