About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated professional who can monitor and instruct rebalances of investor accounts using proprietary technology. The successful candidate will also design, implement, and monitor business processes, ensuring accurate implementation of investment mandates and client instructions.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years of experience in the investment/asset management environment, with a focus on process improvement and continuous development. They will work closely with the Asset Management team to notify them of flows into funds and scrutinize underlying charges to ensure they align with expectations.

A key aspect of this role is developing trusted relationships with investment platforms, advisers, and clients, as well as being prepared to engage socially where beneficial. The successful candidate will be a safe pair of hands within our core operations team, overseeing and delivering on business-wide projects.
