Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We are looking for a forward-thinking Strategic HR Business Partner who thrives in both operational execution and strategic impact. This is not a traditional HRBP role—it requires someone who can seamlessly navigate between day-to-day HR activities and leading the development of new processes, systems, and frameworks as we evolve our HR value chain.
As a true thought partner to the business, you will work closely with leaders to design and implement HR solutions that enhance business performance and elevate the employee experience. With a balance of hands-on delivery and big-picture thinking, you will play a key role in embedding new HR frameworks, refining existing ones, and shaping the broader HR strategy to meet the organization's evolving needs.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Strategic Advisor to Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives and drive growth.
- Framework Development: Play a significant role in evolving HR frameworks across the HR value chain (e.g., talent management, performance appraisal, and employee engagement strategies) that are adaptable to the specific needs of the business.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Drive initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness.
- People Strategies: Leading and executing people strategies within the business unit that support business growth and capability building.
- Talent Risk Management: Identifying and addressing talent risks and opportunities within the business unit.
- Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning processes to ensure the organization has the right skills and resources in place to meet current and future business needs.
- Change Management: Influence and guide leaders through complex people decisions and organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with the business strategy.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HR processes, systems, and frameworks (e.g., employee onboarding, compensation structures, or diversity and inclusion programs) to enhance the employee experience and business impact.
What We're Looking For:
- Min 8 years of HR experience, with solid exposure to both strategic HR partnering and execution.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build HR frameworks and solutions that are fit-for-purpose within a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the broader business strategy and translate it into people initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to quickly gain credibility at all levels and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Agile thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience in managing organizational change and driving cultural transformation.
