**Job Overview:**
As a Principal Customer Success Account Manager at Whizants, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and managing key strategic accounts. Your primary focus will be on developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives within the Mobile Network Operator (MNO) industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives to drive long-term value and business growth.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop business development plans and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Business Acumen:
- Stay up-to-date on MNO industry trends, challenges, and technology advancements to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in customer success, key account management, or strategic business development.
- Proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep understanding and experience working with Mobile Network Operators (MNO).
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to grow and expand accounts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
**Education:**
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
