Job Summary:

  • Determine and manage strategic outcomes: Align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Develop property investment products: Collaborate with the CEO to create new products for the real estate market.
  • Establish strategic relationships: With financiers of equity and debt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day affairs: Financial, impact evaluation, reporting, and relationship management with various stakeholders.
  • Set financial objectives: Aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Source transactions: Suitable for the organization to assume a principal position in line with current mandates approved by the Board.

Requirements:

  • Honors Degree: Business, Finance, or Property Studies (with relevant experience). A CA (SA) or CFA qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in real estate investment management, with two years exposure to project development and management.
  • Skills: Superior financial modeling capabilities, excellent numerical capabilities, and communication skills.
