The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market landscape, exhibit strong leadership skills, and have the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating teams to achieve business targets and performance goals, providing accurate business development forecasts, and removing internal and external obstacles to facilitate business development opportunities.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for analysing data and trends to develop strategic business development plans and best practices for market segmentation. They will also stay informed about industry developments and ensure the team is up-to-date on market trends.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office Suite and possess strong leadership and team-building abilities.
