We are looking for an experienced IT Business Development Specialist to drive our company's growth and expansion efforts.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Negotiations: Prepare and present proposals, conduct meetings, and draft contracts to secure deals.
  • Market Research: Identify industry trends and potential markets for business opportunities.
  • Lead Management: Qualify and manage the pipeline of leads from inbound and outbound channels.
  • Client Relationships: Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor and report personal KPIs in a timely and accurate manner.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience: 2-3 years in B2B environments on Account Management, Service Delivery, Sales, or Growth positions, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Closing Deals: Proven experience in closing deals.
  • Results-Driven: Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
  • Market Research: Profound understanding of market research and data analysis techniques.
  • Crm Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and AI-driven solutions.
