Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
* 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, ideally in banking, financial services, or learning & development
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic client engagement
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and CRM tools
Performance Indicators
