Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial individual to lead our business expansion in Johannesburg. As a License Owner, you will be responsible for bringing the Stranger Soccer brand to life in the city, recruiting and managing a team, securing prime slots at football venues, and engaging in creative sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • BUILD AND LEAD A LOCAL TEAM: Recruit, train, and manage a small central team and freelance Official Hosts to kick-start the operation.
  • SECURE PRIME SLOTS: Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games.
  • CRAFT A BUSINESS STRATEGY: Develop and execute a local business plan, including creative sales and marketing efforts, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • OVERSEE GAME SCHEDULES: Ensure customers have an exceptional experience with each game they play, driving repeat business and growth.
  • Leverage Global Support: Collaborate with our Singapore headquarters operations and technology team to drive success.
Requirements
  • PASSION FOR SOCCER: A genuine passion for soccer and a strong connection to your local soccer scene.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN: A business background, preferably in management and customer service.
  • ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT: An entrepreneurial background or spirit, with a commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand.
