About Us

Mass Staffing Projects is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing professional customer service and ensuring the efficient functioning of our reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct patients and visitors to requested areas with a smile.
  • Assist with the completion of admission documentation and authorization as required.
  • Answer phone calls, handle queries, and provide information to patients and visitors in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the accuracy of patient records and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Capture admission information in a timely and correct manner using our electronic system.
  • Verify patient payments and ensure that all patients have the required authorization prior to admission.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of administration experience in a medical facility.
  • Understanding of medical schemes and admission processes required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
