Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Sales Coordinator to join our team at Unique Personnel (Pty) Ltd. As an Administrative Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office supplies, and supporting business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients, offering information about products/services.
  • Assist with sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in both reception/administration and sales/customer service.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Professional telephone etiquette and a welcoming personality.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software is a plus.
  6. A proactive attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

This role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
