Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional office management support to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in administration, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager, including correspondence, document management, and meeting organization.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare agendas, and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the unit, ensuring effective communication and response times.
- Develop and maintain a document management system, both electronic and manual, to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Screen phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handle them appropriately, redirecting selected emails to direct reports or other departments as needed.
- Facilitate the processing of memorandums for approval, ensuring adherence to organizational requirements and compliance standards.
Requirements
- A Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary or in a similar environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- SAP experience is an added advantage, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A certificate in a related functional discipline will be beneficial, but not necessary.
