About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Small Enterprise Development Agency_gov. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating branch-level administrative activities, working closely with the provincial office to ensure effective financial functions and information management systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate branch-level financial administration activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Provide high-quality data capturing services, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in asset management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Offer exceptional administrative support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Office Administration (NQF Level 5) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Proven track record of using information management systems effectively.
