Administrative Coordinator (Finance)
Kontak Recruitment is assisting a client to recruit, hire and employ an administrative coordinator for finance. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Brooklyn.
About the Role:
- This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records of bookings and client accounts.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting (Debtors, Creditors, or related accounting tasks).
- Experience in direct client engagement and strong organizational and administrative skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, ensuring their needs are met and booking details are captured accurately.
- Manage all administrative tasks related to event coordination, including data entry and document handling.
- Ensure VAT compliance and accurate record-keeping for financial transactions.
- Assist the team with additional tasks as required to ensure seamless event operations.
