Customer Experience Specialists

We are seeking experienced Customer Experience Specialists to join Tower Group. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide first-line support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns related to vehicle rentals, reservations, and other services.
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles upon return, ensuring they are in good condition and documenting any damages or issues.
- Administrative Duties: Capture fuel levels, VRV's, non-revoked licenses, and perform various administrative tasks, including scanning, partial billing, fleet movement control, claims reports, rental deposits, and lost property recoveries.
- Quality Control: Ensure the security and quality of vehicles and company property, identifying and reporting expired licenses, service due vehicles, and other issues not meeting our quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of front office/customer service experience.
- NQF level 4 (Matric or equivalent) qualification.
- Code 8 driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Computer literacy.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a competitive salary, opportunities for growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
