Customer Experience Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join our rapidly expanding team where you will play a key role in partnering with our business and employees as we continue to scale in size, revenue, and performance.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be instrumental in evolving our customer support team into a comprehensive customer success function. This role requires someone who is self-driven, adaptable, and eager to embrace new ideas and technologies.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong SaaS experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proven track record in retaining and growing client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You will work closely with our supporting teams (Development, Finance, etc.) on behalf of clients, gathering and sharing customer feedback internally to enhance our product and improve Customer Support practices.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
