Customer Experience Specialist

About the RoleWe're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a key member of our night shift, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service while working closely with our team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and meet performance targets
Requirements:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer software and systems
