About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a key member of our night shift, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service while working closely with our team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and meet performance targets

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems

Estimated Salary: R350,000 - R450,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
